Team Performance

In every workplace, each member has expectations, assumptions, and perspectives on how things should be done.  These differences can either serve or hinder the group. Team members who appreciate their own strengths and weaknesses and tolerate differences in others, are able to capitalize on the talents of each team member. When working well, a group can experience creative interactions and rewarding results of their time spent together. In some cases, however, differences can lead to discord, low morale, and poor productivity. The Enneagram is very effective in creating and developing high performing teams. Understanding the nine personality styles and their particular perspectives allows individuals to improve their personal effectiveness as well as the effectiveness of the team.
